Below are four things that you can expect every time you call the DTIQ Technical Support Center.

Our goal is to resolve your issue when you initially report it. If, for whatever reason, that is not possible, we will provide you with an estimate on how long it should take to have your issue resolved.

A Follow-Up
If we are unable to resolve your issue on the first call, we will provide a specific date and time when we will contact you to follow-up. Our standard is that our customers should never be kept in the dark regarding what is going on with the issue resolution process. We will also confirm the best way of getting back to you (i.e. phone, email, text, etc.)
